procedure

1.Visit Safety & Security Team with your Student ID (only a photograph for new issuance) and your certificate of alien registration (or your passport)

2.Fill out the “Woori Uni Debit Card Application form” and receive the student ID card.

3.Visit the campus Woori Bank branch(W2,1F). Submit the “Woori Uni Debit Card

Application form" and connect your bank account to your student ID card.

* If you're a faculty member, check your employment number from Human Resources Management Team.

Procedure

for Paid Issuance

1.Visit the campus Woori Bank branch, fill out the “Woori Uni Debit Card Application form” and pay the reissue commission (10,000 won)

2.Visit Safety & Security Team with the receipt-confirmed “Woori Uni Debit Card Application form”, your certificate of alien registration (or your passport), and your Student ID (exception for lost cases)

3.After receiving the new Student ID, visit the campus Woori Bank branch again. Submit the “Woori Uni Debit Card Application form" and connect your bank account to your student ID card.

 

* For entrance, ICC campus dormitory (Munji, Hwaam) residents must register the issued cards from the ICC Emergency Management Center (F B/D(Faculty B/D),042-350-6732) B1F.

2.Download and fill out the "ID-Card (Re)issuance application Form“ Visit and submit the form with a copy of your certificate of alien registration (also a photograph for new applicants) to the corresponding campus office.

3.Revisit the office on the guided date and receive your ID-card after ID confirmation.

2.Download and fill out the "ID-Card (Re)issuance application Form“ Visit the

corresponding campus, submit the form and pay the reissue commission (10 thousand).

☛ Main Campus, ICC Campus : KAIST Woori Bank branch office (W2, 1F).

☛ Seoul Campus : In welfare facilities Woori Bank branch office.

3.Visit the corresponding campus office with the receipt-confirmed form, copy of your certificate of alien registration, and your ID (exception for lost cases).

4.Revisit the office on the guided date and receive your ID-card after ID confirmation.
